EXCHANGE OR REFUND
Marco eStore offers a 14 Days Money Back Guarantee for all domestic orders with valid reasons, i.e:
- There is a manufacturer’s defect.
- Seller has delivered an item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g.wrong design, colour, etc.) to buyer.
- The item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the item.
- The item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, or shattered).
- The item received is faulty (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended).
All exchanges and refunds are subjected to the Terms & Conditions as below:
- All requests must be sent in writing within 14 working days to firstname.lastname@example.org
- All items are QCed by us prior to shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to check upon receiving item and inform us immediately if there is any dissatisfactory.
- Postage will be borne by Marco eStore in the scenario of an unforeseen error from the our end (i.e - damaged, faulty or wrong Item delivered to the buyer)
- The refund will be for the amount of the purchase price; Marco eStore reserves the reasonable right to deduct any cost associated with the return.
- All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed or tempered with in any way. Marco eStore reserves the absolute right to reject the return if we deem that it is worn or damaged in any way.
- Marco eStore reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without notice.
- We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
- Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 3 working days after the confirmation.
- Please take note that all clearance or sales items are not refundable.
Once approved, returns should be sent to the following address along with proof of purchase. Returns without a proof of purchase will not be entertained.

Upon returning your item to us, please email email@example.com with the following information:
- Your Name (As per invoice)
- Invoice Number / Order ID
- Reason for return
- Tracking number for the parcel (if applicable)
- We will not entertain exchanges or refunds if information provided is incomplete or invalid.
- We do not accept returns for items purchased on clearance or sale.
- We do not entertain any change of mind from the buyer.
